Blade Osborn, a Ballston Spa resident who’s enrolled in the Early College High School program at TEC-SMART, has been reaching out to help children with cancer and adults with chronic illness through Buddy Blankets & Bears, Inc., the not-for-profit organization he founded at a young age.
